BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College volleyball team came out the gates dominating and never looked back against the visiting West LA College Bobcats on Wednesday, October 2nd. The Renegades won the match 3 sets (25-8, 25-9, 25-0). Unfortunately, the Bobcats had an injured player go down at the start of the third set and forfeit the rest of the game.
Sophomore Stevie Yursik finished the game with 13 kills and 6 digs while teammate Kamryn Briggs ended the night with 7 kills and 3 digs.
With the win, the Renegades are now 6=7-6 on the season. They will continue conference play for their next home match on Friday, October 4th against Santa Monica at 6:00PM.
