Bakersfield, CA - The BC wrestling team hosted Cuesta College in a WSC conference dual on Saturday in the Gil Bishop Sports Center and stayed unbeaten in conference winning 42-12.

125 Pedro Ramirez winner by forfeit
133 lb. - Jared Callison win by tech fall over Klay Funez (CC)
141 lb. - Alexis Becerra winner by forfeit
149 lb. - Emmett Kuntz lost 3-2 to Humphrey Quirie (CC)
157 lb. - Josiah Quiroz winner by forfeit
165 lb. - Silvester Alfaro pinned Kevin Cuenca (CC)
174 lb. - Jacob Mattson lost 5-2 Victor Bryson (CC)
184 lb. - Jeremy Maas winner by forfeit
197 lb. - Anthony Stensky (CC) winner by forfeit
HWY. - Jacob Hall winner by disqualification over Chris Demartini (CC)
Coach Marcus Austin commented after the dual, "We did ok - we had some highlights with Silvester Alfaro pinning his guy, but all-in-all I think we could've had a better all-around effort. I think we have a lot of work to do, but it's a good win for us."
Up next, the Renegades will head to West Hills for a dual on Wednesday, Oct. 31st at 6:30pm.
