
SAN DIMAS, CA - The Bakersfield College women's golf team conluded their 2024 season at the Western State Conference Championship on Monday, October 28th.
Head coach, Nick Kaiser had a few remarks, "BC Women's Golf wrapped up their season, competing on both Sunday and Monday. Sunday's round took place at Marshall Canyon Golf Course, where Ivana Escobar led the team with a score of 98, followed by Ashlynn Rice with 100, and Elizabeth Alderete with 102. The team returned to the course on Monday at San Dimas Golf Club, with Ivana shooting 98, Ashlynn 102, and Elizabeth improving to a 93."
Kaiser is confident about next season from the foundation he started with Bakersfield as his first as a Renegade, "With 6 returning players and a strong recruiting class, I'm confident that BC Women's Golf has the potential to be a major contender in the Western State Conference in 2025.
