BAKERSFIELD, CA - After round one of the Western State Conference finals for women's golf, the Renegades are six shots off the lead behind current conference leaders, College of the Canyons.

With today's finish, the Renegades sit in third place outright in conference standings.

"The ladies came in today with something to prove, and they will finish the job in round two tomorrow," stated Coach Coble.

Maci Mills led the Renegades with a first-round score of 81.
