BAKERSFIELD, CA- The Bakersfield College softball team would like to announce Destiny Cuellar's commitment to William Woods University.  

Cuellar will continue her collegiate athletic career on the softball team for the Owls under the direction of head coach Tracey Gastineau. William Wood is an NAIA program that plays in the American Midwest Conference.

Destiny was the starting catcher for the Renegades for the two years she wore the red and white. During her time at BC, the catcher averaged .366 with 19 RBIs, 14 runs, and a home run. 

"We are excited for Destiny and her signing with William Woods University. She will no doubt be a great addition to their roster this spring. She makes those around her better. We can't wait to cheer her on.
