The BC softball team shut out their fifth consecutive opponent, beating Ventura College 5-0, this afternoon.  Kylee Fahy (23-4) threw another gem for the Renegades, giiving up four hits and and striking out eight.  Fahy was also 3-3 at the plate with a double and an RBI.  McKenna Valencia was 2-3 with 2 RBI and Alexis Solis went 1-4 with an RBI.

The Renegades improve to 26-6 overall and 9-1 in conference.

The softball team will play at home on Thursday, April 5th at 5:30 PM against Santa Monica
