The Renegades (14-4, 1-0) defeated Santa Barbara 3-1 yesterday in the first conference game of the year.  Kylee Fahy (11-2) had another strong outing, giving up one run on three hits while striking out eight.  Aryka Chavez went 2-3 with 1 RBI and Haleigh Hutton was 1-3 with the game winning RBI.

Kylee Fahy is leading the state in wins (11) and strikeouts (93).

The softball team will return to action on February 27th at 2:30 PM when they host Oxnard College at The Dean and Adah Gay Sports Complex.
