Bakersfield, CA – The Bakersfield College women's volleyball team took on Citrus College Wednesday night in the Gil Bishop Sports Center and came away with a 3-0 sweep to improve to 11-1 on the season.

"We've been working on our flow and getting our rhythm together and I think it really showed tonight", said Armendariz after the match, "We're really looking forward to our match Friday."

Coach Carl Ferreria commented, "We look at things week by week. Every match has different challenges. On paper this team didn't have the same firepower as our next match, but a lot of these matches are about efficient execution."

Next up, the Renegades stay home to face Moorpark on Friday, Sept. 28th at 6pm in the Gil Bishop Sports Center.
