BC WRESTLING SENDING SEVEN WRESTLERS TO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

The Renegades wrestling program had three wrestlers win regional championships and have a total of seven wrestlers representing BC at the State Championships this weekend.  Pedro Corona, Jeremy Maas and Emmett Kuntz all won Regional Championships, while Zavion Roberson, Ramiro Macias, Brayden Riley and Adrian Godinez placed to advance to the State Championships.  Here are the results from last Saturday's Regional Championship.

Individual Results:

Pedro Ramirez - 7th place at 125 lbs.

Pedro Corona - 1st place at 133 lbs.

Marco Velasquez - 6th place at 133 lbs.

Emmett Kuntz - 1st place at 149 lbs.

Brayden Riley - 4th place at 157 lbs.

Adrian Godinez - 2nd place at 184 lbs.

Jeremy Maas - 1st place at 184 lbs.

Zavion Roberson - 2nd place at 197 lbs.

Ramiro Macias - 4th place at 285 lbs.

The BC wrestlers will be competing in the State Championships, December 8-9, at San Joaquin Delta College.  The start time is 10 AM each day.
