The Bakersfield College Men's Basketball Team (16-8, 3-0) won their second straight overtime conference game with an 85-82 road win over West LA (11-9, 0-2)  Wednesday.

Jamar Hammonds led all scorers with a 30 point outburst, including making four of seven three-point attempts.

Delano's Henry Galinato was a force in the paint; the Ceasar Chavez grad pulled down 13 rebounds, a blocked shot, and a steal.

The Renegades were down by six going into the first half and completely erased that defecit by the end of regulation when Hammonds exploded for 15 points after scoring just eight in the first half, and also racked up a pair of steals and two blocked shots to spur BC.

The OT win comes on the heels of a double overtime home win last Saturday night over Santa Monica College.

BC plays this Saturday at College of the Canyons at 3pm.
