Citrus College hit the road for a Western State Conference contest at Bakersfield College Friday afternoon but had to settle for a 0-0 draw.
The Owls move to 3-2-2 on the year and 1-0-1 in conference, while the Renegades sit at 2-3-3 overall, 0-1-1 in WSC.
Citrus put five shots on goal – including two from Jayme Beatty and two from Samantha Casas – but just couldn't break through the Bakersfield wall.
Maddy Moris made four saves in goal for the Owls to preserve the shutout.
The Owls continue on the road, taking on LA Valley on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
